O Spine Wahroonga is located at the SAN Parkway in Wahroonga; a dedicated health care building and part of the SAN medical precinct. There is ample parking for patients and the building is modern. 

O Spine Norwest is located in Q Central; a modern dedicated health care building across the road from Norwest Private Hospital. Patient parking is available although it is limited and can become busy. There is ample paid parking available at Norwest Private Hospital and free parking at the nearby Circa Shopping Centre. Some limited off-street parking is also available.
